Step 1: Physical Edge Hardware Ingestion

Ingesting raw telemetry directly from certified primary utility meters (MID) secured by TPM 2.0 hardware chips to guarantee an immutable audit trail.

Step 2: Automated Smart Contract Minting

Converting verified energy telemetry into digital infrastructure tokens (OzCoin) at an exact 1:1 ratio, securely distributed to producer wallets.

Step 3: Open Market Corporate Acquisition

Corporations purchase OzCoin from the open market. Sellers consist of verified Solar Farm owners (producers) or active cryptocurrency market traders.

Decentralized Liquidity

The corporation is acquiring these tokens via open-market exchanges or OTC desks. Merely holding the token does not grant ESG compliance. They must transfer it to our platform in the next step.

Step 4: Transfer to Oz Trust Fund (Additionality)

To achieve regulatory ESG compliance, the corporation transfers their acquired tokens to OUR platform. We secure them, fund new infrastructure, and issue compliance.

Capital Reinvestment Mechanism

The corporation (Google LLC) is now transferring 300,000 OZ directly into the Oz Trust Fund. We will permanently lock these tokens and deploy the equivalent capital into building new physical solar assets (PPE).

Step 5: Official ESG Report Issuance

Because the corporation successfully transferred the tokens to the Oz Trust Fund, we have issued a cryptographically sealed ESG report, ready for Big 4 auditors.
